Barack Obama has made history, for that matter, is still making history. The first black President of the United States. The first President to run on a platform that connected with 65 million special people, who happened to be the only people in this country who supposedly understood what Obama was saying and voted accordingly.

95% of blacks and 51% of whites voted for Obama. Blacks voted for him because he was black and a Democrat, nothing more, nothing less. Whites voted for him because they didn’t have a political translator handy. Hope and Change must have meant something different for the ”whites,” than it did for others.
If anything, Obama knew(I use ”knew” in the past tense) how to move and convince the masses regardless of city, color, background, or creed that he was the answer to all injustice before him and the problems they have caused.
It helped having the MSM in his pocket to do his brand building for him. They were his cover for the whole campaign. The Media will eventually cut Obama loose when they realize this “hope and change” thingy ain’t working anymore. It won’t matter, time is running out for both of them.
The main stream media prostrated themselves on the alter of Barack because their political philosophies lined up like the suns in the seventh house. They considered themselves soul mates with Obama and his campaign to change America. Of course the MSM knew what kind of changes were in store for America but were “duty bound” not to inform the American public. That is where the 51% of whites come in. Many were liberals which gave them a pass (they were going to vote Democrat regardless if a red skunk with green eyes was running on the ticket with a bad case of diarrhea). The independents, which they like to be called, because for some reason it makes them feel superior to the lockstep political crowds on both sides of the aisle, were swayed by Obama’s smoothness as though he was some 12 year old scotch that had been found unopened in granddaddy’s attic.
If the independents connected with Obama I personally would like to know what they connected “with.” Was it personality and charisma? I can see them fawning and doting over a 3 month old baby until the time comes to change the diaper. Obama’s diaper is full (economy,crap and trade, health care overhaul, Afghanistan, and foreign policy gone to hell) and it is permeating the air with an unpleasant odor. His supporters are left with the options of either changing it for him, or leaving early, and letting someone else who really loves him no matter what, do it.
Obama conned his way into the most powerful position in the world. His sidekick grifters (media) made sure that anyone who disagreed, was separated from the crowd, ostracised, and then destroyed. His handlers kept him informed of each and every issue, and angle, and he would venture forth and sell it to those who have been blessed with the common sense of a shovel. Well, the con ain’t working . He is losing weight, his hair is turning gray, and the independents don’t recognize him anymore.
Like all great cons, sooner or later they end badly for all involved. Obama has conned his way with the help of the media to this position and point in time. An empty suit is an empty suit any which way you hang it up. The con was sold hook, line, and sinker to 65% of the people who voted in the 2008 election. There will be nothing harder than trying to get the hook out without causing any more damage.
