Parts of a WaPo article about Hasan being charged with Premeditated Murder.
Grey described the murder charges as “the first step in the court martial process” and emphasized that a multi-agency investigation of the Nov. 5 shooting continues. He indicated that investigators have not yet settled on a motive for the massacre.
How about he hates Americans and what America stands for as a motive. One thing is for certain outside of these 13 murders 30 wounded is that it was premeditated. He didn’t go home and get his pistol and come back to work and kills his boss because he was fired. This terrorist spent weeks preparing for the moment he would walk in to Fort Hood and kill unsuspecting, innocent solidiers.
Investigate until you are blue in the face but the facts will remain that Hasan is a terrorist. In fact he is as much a terrorist as Timothy McVeigh was in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1995 when he blew up the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building and killed 168 people which included 19 children. There was no denying his culpability and his act as home grown terrorism.

Residents of the complex said Hasan gave away furniture, food, clothes and other belongings on Wednesday and Thursday before the shootings, telling neighbors he was going to be deployed to Afghanistan on Friday.
Hours after Hasan gave an air mattress and other items to his next-door neighbor, Patricia Villa, and offered her money to clean his apartment after he left, he allegedly opened fire at the Fort Hood processing center.
Prosecutors are expected to focus in part on Hasan’s actions at the apartment complex before the shootings as they seek to prove premeditation.
If an individual came in to my house in the middle of the night, brandishing a gun, claiming he was going to shoot my children 1 by 1 and then my wife if I did not open the safe in my home- the terror that I would be enveloped in would run a white streak through me like a bolt of lightning. not for my own life, but for the lives of my family. To me, that is real terror, and the intruder, in my eyes, is a terrorist. I don’t know how else to define it
Hasan’s act will be proven to be a terrorist attack after the investigation, court martial, and hopefully execution. If it is deemed a terrorist act, then Hasan should be court martialed, and executed.
