Health Care Plan will Crash and Burn if Americans are not forced to Pay the Premiums

There is one resounding fact about Obama Care.  Without every able bodied American (read taxpayers) purchasing the government health care insurance, it will fail miserably. Our government knows this to be true, that is why they are forcing every American to purchase health insurance.

When Hillary tried this stunt in 1994 the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) had this to say about her plan;

In 1994, when Congress was considering a universal health care plan formulated by then-First Lady Hillary Clinton, the Congressional Budget Office studied that plan’s provision that would have forced individuals to buy health insurance and determined it was an unprecedented act.

“A mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action. The government has never required people to buy any goods or services as a condition of lawful residence in the United States,” the CBO concluded.  “An individual mandate would have two features that, in combination, would make it unique. First, it would impose a duty on individuals as members of society. Second, it would require people to purchase a specific service that would be heavily regulated by the federal government.”

Congress doesn’t seem to have an answer to the question, “where in the constitution does it say that the government can mandate all Americans to pay for something many do not want?” Pelosi, Hoyer, Baucus,Leahey, Robert Gibbs(an idiot) said there is no precedent stating they can’t (congress) mandate this act for the general welfare of the country.

If this legislation passes intact, who is to say what the government will consider in their jurisdiction over the population of this country?

1. They may force a certain group of people to purchase energy saving appliances regardless if they need them or not. 

2.  Force us to pay a penalty tax on foods or drinks that we personally desire but are known to cause problems with our health.

3.  Force us to get rid of cars that are not green enough and purchase new “green” models.

4.  Mandate the temperatures that we can set our thermostats during the seasons.  If we go over the allotted temperatures set by the government we are incrementally taxed for using more than “our share.”

5.  The internet will be governed in a way that will tax all users at different levels of use.  The possibilities are endless.

Don’t think that there is no length that these Economic Terrorists will do to form this country in their own image. These are the most trying times since the forefathers of this country were facing certain death when they took a stand against the Crown in the mid 1700′s.

Keep in mind these liberals along with Obama himself, wanted to hurry  this legislation through both houses of congress before there could be any real debate or reading of the bill.  The democrats are bordering on criminal acts against the country as they try to usurp the power of the citizenry.  Keep in mind that we Americans have to start thinking outside the box,of the  dangers these terrorist can perpetrate on the people of this country.
