Is Health Care a Right or a Privilege?

by admin on December 23, 2009

Tom Harkin on CBS’s Early Show stated that Health Care is a Right and not a Privilege.  Harkin went on to say that the Democrats are focused on the Big Picture and are not to be bothered by the “small stuff” which happens to be the bribes  that greased Harkin and Nelson and Landrieu’s skids that helped the Democrats push this bill across the preliminary finish line.

right and a privilege button 300x300 Is Health Care a Right or a Privilege?

Lindsey Graham from South Carolina calls the wheeling and dealing sleazy to say the least.  Between the Cornhusker kickback and the Louisianna Purchase and many more that have not been brought to light, this bill may go down as the whores on the hill  bill ever pushed through Congress.

The more arm twisting, and spending of taxpayer money on needed votes, the more easy it is to discern a good bill from a slimy bill.

The tallying of this bill has been undertaken and a report on how many  taxpayer dollars were  deceitfully spent to flush this “porcelain prize” down the tubes on Capitol Hill will be on display for the Americans who are going to foot the premiums for the 30 million uninsured citizens in this country.

I have examined The Bill of Rights and I can’t find any evidence that supports Harkin’s belief that health care is a right.  I can only assume that our political leaders are making this stuff up as they go along.  There is ample evidence that shows that the Senate and the House disregards the Constitution and what it stands for in our society when it does not agree with the liberal mindset.

The pimps and prostitutes on the hill  need to concentrate on what is right and wrong for this country, and knowing the difference, rather than hiding behind this red herring of “rights and privileges gobblygook.”
