In Massachusetts, a Real Underdog won, the Voters!

by admin on January 19, 2010

There is no denying the fact that the American people, for the first time in the history of this country, find themselves to be the underdogs in the political process. The Massachusetts senate race proved Tuesday evening that if the voters are not respected, then there will be an ass whipping waiting for them at the intersection of November Avenue and Disrespectful Street.

Scott Brown read the tea leaves correctly and acted upon the fury of the voters by declaring his stance against outrageous and uncontrolled spending by Congress,  and his promise to vote against the health care reform bill.  He was determined to tap into the vein of anger and resentment the tea party movement has for the President and the Democrat controlled houses of Congress, and their reluctance to listen to them last Summer at the town hall meetings

Did the Democrats learn the hard way that you can only kick the dog so far before it turns and chews their face off?  Or did Democrat leaders decide tonight that it was full steam ahead and damn the torpedoes, “we are passing health care reform on the way to our mutual suicides in November?”

With the sinking of the USS Coakley in the Boston harbor tonight,  how many more boats will be sunk in the liberal harbors of this nation come November?

This vote tonight is a referendum on Obama’s ultra liberal initiatives,  and the way Congress has turned a deaf ear to the American voters.  This watershed event  may very well be the beginining of term limits the underdog way.  The hardheaded Congress has proven they will not do right by the voters this past year, so the voters are going to do what it takes to make things right, vote the hard of hearing out of office until you find someone who will listen.

One last thing, don’t play fool with Brown’s election by holding up his confirmation or any other shenanigans that you may have in your bag of dirty tricks. The voters will not stand for it.  You might as well be poking a pit bull in the eye with a stick if you continue to play dirty.

Congratulations Scott Brown on seizing a seat that has been in the hands of Democrats for almost 6 decades. I tip my hat to you and your organization.

The irony is palpable.
