Barack Obama had many gaffes on the campaign trail. Some attributed it to very little rest and long hours. Then there were others who attributed it to Obama being an idiot with or without the teleprompter.
Unintelligence always rises to the top as long as the mouth is moving up and down and the brain is disengaged. Then again the brain may have been engaged, just not connected to anything other than vocal cords
