Barack Obama, with a teleprompter, does a masterful job at delivering his message to the masses. Take the teleprompters away, and you have a mouthful of incoherent “uh’s and umm’s that makes it very difficult to focus on the answer(s) he is trying to communicate.
Obama has (or had in some cases) the innate ability to connect with his audiences through his speeches. He connected at the 2004 Democrat convention and stirred the faithful into believing they had a savior in waiting for the future. In 2007-2008 Obama took to the campaign trail and motivated and inspired the masses with his “hope and change” theme and convinced enough voters to win the “08 election. People believed in him and what he was saying. They believed in his hope and change strategy.
Fast forward 4 months into 2010 and Obama’s constituencies has left only extreme liberals and blacks in his corner. Approval rating in the mid-40′s, What happened? Is there a disconnection from the trail to the oval office?
What is comes down to in my humble opinion is 1 thing. Obama is a terrible politician. He is all show and no go. He convinced the independents and moderates to vote for him but is now finding many are falling away from him due to his radical and outrageous ideas.
Obama is a thin skinned politician. A direct result of never being questioned on policy or having the intense spotlight of the media examining his inability to connect with America. The media did its part to cover up his shortcomings and sell our country a bill of goods that the general public can’t relate to.
The objections to Obama and his liberal policies has nothing whatsoever to do with his race regardless of what the idiots on the left say. It has everything to do with his past and present, his mentors are people who hate what America stands for and want to change this country into a socialist if not a marxist state.
These people do not believe in the Constitution and consider it an impediment to their plans to radicalize this country. The press never questioned his politics, policies, writings, etc…
With overwhelming majorities in both Houses of Congress he still struggles mightily with bills that he would like to see passed but are far to radical for America’s taste. He has done nothing to build a bridge from himself to lawmakers on both sides of the aisle because of his politcal nature to be a liberal ideologue and his steadfast refusal to compromise on legislation that a majority of Americans can agree with.
Obama will be a 1 term president and then this country will be rid of the most radical, liberal ideologue our country has ever experienced.
