Grandmother Sits on Infant for 3 Hours-accidently suffocates it

I guess we will never know the whole story - 

 sitting on an infant laying on a couch for 3 hours and not even know the child is under you causes a sensible person to pause and wonder-

What were you watching that could have arrested your attention for 3 hours
