I wrote this satirical piece back in September of last year. At the time I was looking for a name to call the single party system in Washington DC. Angelo M. Codevilla wrote this piece for the American Spectator which explains everything Americans need to know about their leaders in Washington.
Codevilla calls this two party system -America’s Ruling Class. Excellent article that points out that we “country class” citizens have a lot of work in front of us over the next 6-10 years as we rid our government of these maggot no-nothings that have infected the powers of government in Washington DC.
The ticks, leeches, swine and dregs of society have taken over our government and has transformed the gleaming city on a hill into a sewer filled trough that they congregate at every week. The country class can’t see everything that goes on behind closed doors but the stench of the deals rise above it all and wafts its way back to our political noses.
I have always wondered when watching a news show that has libs and conservatives debating each other, why “my” guy would never ask simple ”who what ,when, where, why” follow up questions to a stupid or ridiculous statement. Instead, my conservative leader would sit on his hands and keep his mouth shut and just nod his head- for the most part and try his best not to rock the boat.
In other words, “you go along to get along,” in this whore dive.
There are more “political” prostitutes per square yard in Washington DC between Monday and Friday than any where else in the world combined. Each one turning tricks that will endear him or her to the ruling class.
The way the Ruling class keeps the “country class” at bay is to “pork barrel” over a few dollars every year and twice in an election year to keep everyone happy in the lower ruling class known as Governors, State legislators and Mayors. They say what the voters want them to say during an election year and count on these voters to forget what was said within a couple of weeks after taking office.
Basically, politics in Washington has turned into a ”Professional Wrestling Circus.” They put on a good show- Good against Evil-Evil against Good and they take turns at winning and losing and insulting each other. In reality, the wrestlers meet the next morning behind closed doors and divvy up the “gate.”
It is going to take years and years to rectify and remove the vermin from Washington. We are going to have to resist the siren’s song that beckons us closer to the ruling flame that will indoctrinate those who give in from exhaustion and moral weakness. Each election cycle we will have to remove a block of infected rats and replace them with strong candidates from the “country class.”
